Shipping Destinations
Infinity Peptides currently ships only within Colombia. Orders cannot be shipped outside Colombia at this time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated based on the delivery location within Colombia and the shipping method selected at checkout. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed before order confirmation.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or regional access limitations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed based on the product purchased, handling requirements, packaging materials, and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost for your order will be clearly shown at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Colombian public holidays) after the order confirmation email is received. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Orders can be tracked using the link provided in that email.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Infinity Peptides is not responsible for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to our support team for assistance.
Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items, as these may be required to process a claim.
